Typ IHGVertikale Zentrifugalpumpe aus EdelstahlEs handelt sich um eine neue Generation energiesparender, umweltfreundlicher vertikaler Zentrifugalpumpen, die auf der Grundlage der ISG-Technologie selbst entwickelt wurden. Diese Serie von Pumpen hat eine gute Leistung, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, lange Lebensdauer, vernünftige Struktur, schönes Aussehen und ein branchenführendes Niveau.

1, die Pumpe ist vertikale Struktur, der gleiche Eingangs- und Ausgangskaliber und befindet sich auf der gleichen Mittellinie, kann wie ein Ventil in der Rohrleitung installiert werden, kompakte und schöne Form, kleine Fläche, niedrige Gebäudeinsätze, wie plus Schutzabdeckung kann im Freien verwendet werden.
2, das Rollenrad ist direkt auf der Verlängerungswelle des Motors installiert, die axiale Größe ist kurz, die Struktur ist kompakt, die Pumpe und das Motorlager sind vernünftig konfiguriert und können die radiale und axiale Last, die durch den Pumpenbetrieb erzeugt wird, effektiv ausgleichen.PumpenDer Betrieb ist glatt, mit geringen Vibrationen und geringem Lärm.

1, Saugdruck ≤ 1,0 MPa oder der höchste Arbeitsdruck des Pumpensystems ≤ 1,6 MPa, d. h. der Saugdruck der Pumpe +PumpenHebewege ≤ 1,6 MPa, der statische Testdruck der Pumpe beträgt 2,5 MPa, bitte geben Sie bei der Bestellung den Betriebsdruck des Systems an. Wenn der Arbeitsdruck des Pumpensystems größer ist als 1,6 MPa, sollte bei der Bestellung gesondert vorgeschlagen werden, damit der Überfluss- und Verbindungsteil der Pumpe bei der Herstellung aus Gussstahl verwendet wird.
Umgebungstemperatur < 40 ° C, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit < 95%.
3. Der Volumengehalt an Festkörpern im Transportmedium übersteigt nicht 0,1% des Volumenvolumens und die Korngröße ist < 0,2 mm.
